He graduated from Boston University School of Law (LL.M.) in 2001 and
passed New York Bar Exam in 2001. He joined in Dilworth & Barrese LLP
located in NY as a New York Attorney. While working in USA, he wrote
mechanical patent applications and amendments to respond Office Actions
from US Patent Examiner and appeal briefs. In addition, he handled IP
litigation issues, licensing and franchising issues. As soon as he returned to Korea, he has found a rapidly growing number of
domestic and foreign clients.
